This is the air splint that comes in 3 sizes, as you can see in the picture here

It comes with 2 large, 1 med, and 1 small, with pump in a nice carry pack that can fit almost anywhere. This was made by STI, but that company was bought out by Laerdal (makers of CPR equipment, as well). This is a great thing to have where leg injuries are possible, and any emt kit.
